HR ELEVATE FOUNDER

 

Eurídice Manhiça is the founder and Executive Director of HR Elevate.  Eurídice is an accomplished human resources professional with over eighteen years experience in human resources and provides leadership for strategic planning initiatives including innovative recruitment processes of experience in the human resources.

 

A High Performing Human Resources professional, Euridice’s talent acquisition experience spams diverse industries including, Mining, Banking, NGOs, Academics, Oil & Gas and FMCGs. Eurídice Manhiça has brought onboard over 5,000 people at all levels of organizational hierarchy. Prudent and dynamic, she is an expert in creating strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align and support key business initiatives.

 

Results driven, Eurídice Manhiça is passionate about people and development and possesses robust relationship building skills, as well as proven consultative approach, deep program management experience, and the ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical human resources processes.

 

In 2022, she started HR Elevate, specializing exclusively in human resources consulting.

 

 

Prior to HR Elevate, she was a key figure in banking, brewery, consulting and academics industries sourcing and placing top talent, including executive board members.

 

Eurídice Manhiça holds a Bachelor Honors degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria and completed first- year of the degree of Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA).

Eurídice Manhiça has international exposure having lived in the United States of America, South Africa, Swaziland and visited North America, Europe and Asia. She communicates fluently in the English and Portuguese languages and has basic knowledge of French.
